In 2006
I graduated from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery.
During my four years of school I was the President of the
Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity and student Co-Chair of Quest
for Care. I have always had a special interest in oral
surgery and took part in a one year specialized clerkship in
this field. After receiving my degree, I was invited into a
one year Advanced General Dental Practice Residency at The
Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Through
participation in this program I was able to enhance my
skills in all aspects of general dentistry, including
implants, endodontics and maxillofacial trauma.
I am proud to be a member in
good standing of several professional organizations: The
American Dental Association (ADA),
The Maryland State Dental Association (MSDA),
The Academy of General Dentistry (AGD)
and Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity (AO).
Membership in these organizations allows me to keep abreast
of the latest developments in all phases of dentistry.
Joining my Dad in practice
is exciting on so many different levels. I most envy and
admire not only his skill and vast experience, but the
concern he has for his patients and the relationships that
have ensued from that. I look forward to adding
‘professional peer’ to our very close relationship. We have
already had a taste of this in the several continuing
education courses that we attended together. This new
chapter in our lives will only enhance the care that
you, our patients will receive.
When I am not at the office
I enjoy a variety of activities. Spending time with my
wife Rachel (we got married in October 2007),
going to the movies, walking around historic DC or just some
R&R. I also enjoy scuba diving. I have been diving for
several years. I have been fortunate enough to dive in Cozumel, Puerto Vallarta and the Grand Cayman Islands.
When I am not under the water, I enjoy being on top of the
mountains with my mountain bike. The adventure of being on
a trail with the wind in my face is something that is just
amazing.
Now that you know a little
about me, come on in and let me get to know you and make you
‘Totally Smile’!
